Experience
Mr. Tuttle has maintained a diverse transactional and general business practice for over 30 years, primarily concentrating in complex commercial real estate transactions and associated business matters for major real estate developers. He has expertise in all phases of real estate acquisition, development and financing, debt restructuring and work-outs, dispositions, leasing, property management and equity participations, including anchor tenant space and ground leases for major retail projects, major tenant office leases, build-to-suit leases with major industrial users, development agreements with governmental entities, and declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions for major retail projects. Mr. Tuttle also handles construction related contracts, environmental issues affecting real property, farm and ranch transactions, oil & gas matters; and formation and operation of corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Mr. Tuttle was a partner in the Dallas, Texas offices of Gardere & Wynne and Jones Day prior to joining Martin & Drought.
