Mr. Coronado-De Anda is a lawyer licensed to practice in Mexico, and assists clients in all matters related to their operations and transactions in Mexico and Latin America. Mr. Coronado-De Anda's practice focuses on international and corporate matters, with particular emphasis on projects involving the firm's clients operations in Mexico and Latin America. Mr. Coronado-De Anda has extensive experience of over 29 years in the corporate, mergers and acquisitions, off-shore operations, private placements, direct selling/multilevel marketing, joint venture, distribution and technology licensing areas, as well as in the corporate field. He has advised many non-U.S. companies in connection with their financings in the United States and abroad as well as banking firms involved in U.S. and international financings. For over 3 years he represented CEMEX, S.A. de C.V. -- a Mexican company which ranks as the third-largest cement company in the world and the largest in the Western Hemisphere -- in several transactions aggregating billions of dollars in financing as well as in the listing of its ADR's on the New York Stock Exchange. Among other projects. Mr. Hector Coronado-De Anda advises and counsels clients on cross-border transactions, including a full range of acquisition, joint venture, privatization, dealer/supplier franchising, licensing, and product distribution transactions. He has participated in the development of U.S.-based companies' expansion into Mexico and Latin America, as well as the development of foreign-based companies' expansion into the United States.
