Experience
Mr. Ramirez has extensive experience in administrative, mercantile and labor law in Mexico. His background as legal advisor and counselor in international economic relations includes the process of formation and development of corporate projects as well as foreign investment inclusion and strategic planning to do business in Mexico.

He has been professor at the Universidad de Guadalajara and has worked assisting research projects in the area of International and Constitutional Law at the University of Texas at Austin.

He graduated with honors in 2001 from the Universidad de Guadalajara (Mexico). He has a Master of Laws degree in International and Latin American Law from the University of Texas at Austin and a joint Masters Degree in Public Management and Policy from the Universidad de Guadalajara.
