Experience
For over 11 years Mr. Sweeney has maintained a diverse commercial practice which includes: real estate acquisition and development; zoning and land use; business organizations; banking and finance; commercial transactions; wills, trusts and probate; public pension plans; election law and governmental relations. His clients include banks, Fortune 500 companies, privately held companies, public pension trusts, prefunded health care trusts, real estate developers, builders, brokers and investment trusts (REITS).

Mr. Sweeney has also represented political campaigns, political action committees and has served as counsel to public and private organizations. Mr. Sweeney has been recognized as a "Rising Star" in San Antonio's legal community by Scene in SA Magazine.
