He was most recently published in the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Reporter, Spring 2007, regarding surface rights. In the October 2004 issue of the Real Estate, Trust and Probate Reporter, he published an article regarding a statutory lien, and Mr. Miles presented an article he wrote at the Advanced Oil, Gas & Energy Resources Law Course in September 2004 regarding Vacancy Law.
