Kasey Niederhofer

Kasey Niederhofer is an attorney in Martin & Drought’s transactional practice group,
where she represents developers, investors, and borrowers in complex commercial real
estate and construction matters. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate
acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing transactions, and construction
contracting.
Kasey has experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements,
easements, development agreements, loan documents, and construction contracts
across all tiers of a project, including for owners, general contractors, and
subcontractors. She regularly advises clients on construction-related risk allocation and
mechanic’s and materialman’s lien matters. In addition, she oversees title and survey
diligence through closing and advises clients on land use, development, and
infrastructure matters, working closely with municipalities, utility providers, title
companies, lenders, and opposing counsel to facilitate successful transactions.
Outside of the office, Kasey enjoys spending time with her husband and children,
reading, baking, and enjoying movie nights with her family.
