Cottie Miles maintains a diverse practice for over 25 years in natural resource development and use, including oil, gas, water, wind and solar matters, and in real estate, including commercial farm and ranch transactions, specifically acquisitions, sales, leasing, land use, and development.  Mr. Miles also represents banks and borrowers in complicated finance transactions in negotiating and establishing commercial credit facilities and the documents memorializing such facilities, both revolving and term loans.
